JSD Architecture + Interiors

Modern white kitchen with gray cabinets, a central island with four blue chairs, pendant lights, and stainless steel fridge.

You'll work with Jessica Sin, JSD Principal, on the design, she will attend all design meetings, and she will also oversee the project throughout the design and construction process. You’ll also have a dedicated project coordinator who will coordinate project details with you and give you status updates through the permitting process.

Whether it’s a new home from scratch, an addition for a new family member, or even a cozy remodel, we approach each design with care, creativity, and a deep connection with the homeowners.

Let’s create something lasting, together.

About us

We Take Care of the Details, So You Don’t Have To.

We believe great architecture starts with understanding the homeowner and their lifestyle. As a small, dedicated studio, we take the time to listen and ensuring every project we design feels personal, intentional, and grounded in the way you live and create memories.

We offer a full-service approach, guiding you through every stage of the process—from the first sketch to the final details.

We take care of all the necessary permits and approvals with the city, and coordinate closely with all the consultants and contractors involved.

Our goal is to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, so you can focus on the things that matter to you.
