We completed a thoughtful renovation of a one-story home in the City of San Carlos, originally built in 1953. The project focused on modernizing the interior layout, renovating the kitchen to an open layout including the living and dining room. We also reconfigured the bathrooms, and made changes to the exterior of the house while preserving the home’s original charm. New finishes, energy-efficient windows, and refreshed exterior details helped bring the residence up to today’s standards without altering its scale or footprint.
