Tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Redwood City, California, the Nguyen family home was originally a modest 1,000 square-foot residence built in 1912. As their family began to grow, so did their need for space, comfort, and a better connection to their everyday routines. The project evolved into a full addition and remodel that brought the total living area to 3,000 square feet and completely reshaped the way the family lives.

The project included a first and second addition to an existing one-story residence. We also remodeled and reconfigured the kitchen, living room, dining room, and all the interior and exterior spaces.
